MIL went for a short trip with relatives 2 weekend ago.
Since she is not around I thought of cooking for Lau & Lleroy, I took half day went shopping with Hubby @ NTUC getting all the ingredients for my very first try on preparing home cooked food.
I could say preparing a dinner itself wasn't an easy task... need to think & plan of what to buy and cook. Of cause since it is my first try I would cook something simply and not too complicated =)
However my first try wasn't bad... Hubby said "Not Bad!" hahaha... and his words are my encouragement.
I would like to learn more dish from my Mum and try out myself! *Good*
